Honeyed Honduras - Premium Lot
Honeyed Honduras - Premium Lot
A honeyed coffee sits between washed and natural processes with fruit from the pulped cherries left on the beans as they dry to produce a sweet, creamy coffee.
Pedro Turcios, a member of the COMSA coffee farming cooperative, grew this coffee on his farm "Maria Bonita" in Santa Maria, Honduras. Turcios implements environmentally friendly practices, which led to very good fertility in his soil, a high yield, and excellent cup quality.
Taste Notes: Apricot, Guava with a berry-like acidity, juicy body and clean finish.
Light Roast | Central America | Elevation: 4800ft | Premium Lot 🥇
Our Premium Lot coffees are a little more expensive per bag because it takes time, effort and experimentation for our partners to produce, in turn we only purchase limited amounts of these prized coffees.
