Colombia Fondo Paez - Premium Lot
Colombia Fondo Paez - Premium Lot
The Fondo Paez coffee producer's cooperative was founded in 1992 by the largest indigenous group in Colombia. It is focused on restoring traditional agricultural practices to support the Paez culture, which had been damaged by centuries of conflict and oppression.
Premium lot coffee is a little more expensive per bag because it takes time, effort and experimentation for our farmer partners to produce. Plus there is a limited supply, so get some while you can!
Taste notes of Honey, Chamomile and Lemon with a smooth, silky body and well-balanced acidity.
Light Roast | South America | Elevation: 5000 - 6200ft | Premium Lot 🥇
