If our espresso was a person it would be compared to Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Lopez or Lady Gaga because like them it is a triple-threat. Instead of acting, singing and dancing, our espresso entertains all of your senses with smoothness, creamy body-ness. and enough kick-ness to be enjoyed alone or to stand up to steamed milk in a latte.
We roast and toast this like they do on the West Coast: lighter to bring out the flavor without adding too much char taste that would over-power the beans' natural richness or mild acidity-ness.
Taste notes of Blueberry, Vanilla and Dark Chocolate. Washed and natural process coffees blended for espresso extraction.
